Tom Middleton

Tom Middleton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs, government relations, and communications. Currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate Affairs at Tassal Group since March 2023, Tom also contributes as a Board Member at Tennis Tasmania. Prior roles include Manager of Government & Stakeholder Relations at Aurora Energy and Deputy Chief of Staff for the Tasmanian Labor Opposition, where Tom focused on communications and strategy. A background in public relations was established at CPR Communications & Public Relations, serving as a Senior Adviser, and prior to that, Tom held various advisory positions within the Australian Government, supporting prominent members such as Julie Collins MP and Bill Shorten MP. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Tasmania and is a graduate of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
