Bruce Pederson

Bruce Pederson has extensive experience in the food and catering industry, serving as a Partner at Taste since 1985 and at Taste Catering since 1984. Prior to these roles, Bruce Pederson worked at Levi Strauss & Co. from 1974 to 1998, where responsibilities included Business Planning Manager and Planning Manager. Educationally, Bruce Pederson obtained a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Oregon State University.
