Thato Mohuba

Thato Mohuba is a versatile creative professional with extensive experience in photography and curatorial services. As a curator at Tastemakers Africa since December 2017, Thato offers immersive cultural experiences to tourists, showcasing the underground culture of South Africa and its townships. Concurrently, Thato serves as an assistant photographer at Lee-Roy Jason Photography, focusing on lighting and retouching. Thato founded ANATHABLACKARTIST in June 2010, specializing in nude and fine art photography, as well as film and television writing and directing. Previously, Thato was the head photographer at Gabana Club in Madrid, capturing exclusive nightlife moments. Thato holds a Bachelor's degree in Motion Picture, Directing and Writing from AFDA Film School Johannesburg, an Intermediate Photography Certificate from Vega School of Photography, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Saint Louis University Madrid Campus.
