Efrat Moshkoviz

Efrat Moshkoviz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and customer experience roles across various tech companies. Currently serving as the SVP of Customer Success at Tastewise since February 2025, Efrat also contributes as a Primary Expert at Primary Venture Partners, providing support to startup founders. Efrat previously held senior positions at companies such as Splash, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple customer-facing teams until its acquisition by Cvent, and Rocketrip, leading customer success and support until the company's acquisition by Mondee Holdings. Other notable roles include VP of Customer Success at WayUp, Head of Customer Success at SundaySky, and various strategic positions at Gizmoz-DAZ 3D, eSnips Ltd., ICQ (AOL), and Gallup Israel. Efrat holds a degree from Tel Aviv University.
