Yael Shaar Frisher

Yael Shaar Frisher has a long history of experience in the Human Resources field. Yael began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment & Placement consultant at Keinan Sheffy. Yael then moved to Gilon, where they served as Talent Acquisition Manager from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Amdocs Israel as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partner, where they drove the HR strategy for several global business units, acted as an HR business partner to global management teams, and led global HR processes. In 2017, they joined Sisense as an HR Business Partner. From 2018 to 2020, they were VP Human Resources at Gett, and also served as Head of HR-RnD & Product. Yael is currently VP Human Resources at Artlist, a position they have held since 2020.

Yael Shaar Frisher attended Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a B.A in Social Work.
