Bikram Keshari Barai is a Doctorate in Food Technology, from ICT, Mumbai, Bikram has over 20 years in various Industries spanning Gums & Confectionery, Breakfast Cereals, Foods, etc. He has previously been leading the Quality Food Safety vertical at Mars Wrigley India, Kelloggs' & Tilda. With Key experience and Expertise in Food Safety & Quality Systems. He has worked and significantly contributed in the areas of Rice Post Harvest Technology, GFSI Standard Implementations, Storage & Pest Control, New Product Development, Food Regulatory, and Cultural transformations. He also has a keen interest in Industry-Academia relations and has served as Faculty at the University Department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and as a visiting Faculty at the VJTI, Mumbai.
