Lexi Higgins

Lexi Higgins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, nonprofit operations, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Industry Engagement and previously occupying several leadership roles at TAT, Lexi has successfully managed initiatives related to human trafficking awareness and busing outreach. Prior experience includes significant contributions to The Association of Junior Leagues International, where responsibilities ranged from program development to member services coordination. Lexi's background also encompasses work with the King County Superior Court, the United Nations, and the Peace Corps, showcasing a strong commitment to social issues, community development, and administrative efficiency. Lexi holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Manhattanville University.
