Chhaya Bajpai has extensive work experience in the insurance and telecommunications industries. Chhaya currently holds the role of Senior Vice President Operations at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where they are responsible for spearheading business transformation projects and optimizing operational processes to enhance consumer and distributor experience. Chhaya also oversees consumer onboarding, transaction supervision, and drives the digital agenda across channels. Prior to this, Chhaya worked as Vice President Operations at Tata AIA Life Insurance and held various leadership roles at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. Chhaya also has experience in customer engagement and retention as an Assistant General Manager at Reliance Communications. Earlier in their career, they served as Team Manager at TD Waterhouse and Client Account Advisor at Manulife Financial.

Chhaya Bajpai holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. They also have additional certifications in Diploma in Computer Programming & Java and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from TQMI LIMITED.
