Puneet Madan

Puneet Madan has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Executive in the Digital Partner Support team at Tata AIA Life Insurance since February 2018, previously holding the position of Executive and managing Branch Operations. Prior to this role, Puneet worked as an Assistant Manager at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance from June 2015 to February 2018, focusing on customer servicing, including renewals, ULIP transactions, and claims processing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Team Member in the Revenue Accounting Department for Lufthansa Airlines at RDM India Pvt Ltd. Puneet holds a Bachelor of Business Economics with a specialization in Operation Research and Advanced Quantitative Techniques from Delhi University, an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Licentiate degree from the Insurance Institute of India.
