Sankalp Jain

Sankalp Jain is the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Secretarial at Tata AIA Life Insurance. He brings over 23 years of distinguished experience in legal advisory, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Tata AIA, Sankalp served as Senior Vice President – Legal at HDFC Life Insurance, where he led the legal function.

Sankalp holds an LL.B. from the University of Delhi, an Executive MBA, and certifications from Columbia Business School, IIM Calcutta, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. His career spans leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, ZyFin Research, Principal Financial Group, and Dhir & Dhir Associates, with global exposure across India, Europe, and the United States.
