Soumya Ghosh

Mr. Soumya Ghosh is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Tata AIA Life Insurance. Mr. Soumya Ghosh’s current role is to drive the technology, digital and innovation agenda to endeavor to deliver best-in-class experience to customers, distributors and employees.

He has over two decades of experience driving large scale complex transformation programs. Prior to Tata AIA he was instrumental in driving the digital transformation for Prudential Plc. He designed, built and enabled roll out of the Pulse App across 18 markets in Asia and Africa and created a digital Insurance Platform to launch products faster and cheaper. He also holds a prior experience of leading the growth of BT’s Technology, Service and Operations division (TSO) in India and running an engineering unit delivering OSS capabilities across the globe. Soumya holds a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
