Tejas Shah

Tejas Shah's work experience includes various roles in the insurance industry, starting in 2005 as an Accounts Assistant at Hyatt Regency. TEJAS then moved on to SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as an Accounts Executive in 2006. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Bharti AXA Life Insurance in roles such as Senior Manager of Strategy Planning & Corporate Finance and Finance Manager. In 2015, they joined Reliance Life Insurance as the Head of Strategic Initiatives Distribution. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at TATA AIA Life Insurance Pvt Company, first as a Senior Manager of Distribution Planning & Reporting and later as an Associate Vice President of Agency Acceleration Program. TEJAS'smost recent role is at Tata AIA Life Insurance as the Vice President, overseeing Advisor Strategy, Reward n Recognition, and Premier Agency vertical. In this role, they are responsible for driving profitable and productive agency operations, focusing on efficiency and quality service delivery.

Tejas Shah completed an Executive Program in Business Management at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management from NMIMS.
