Ashok Sharma has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Ashok started their career with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. as a Branch In-charge, where they initiated the Gandhidham Branch and was responsible for business development and channel partner development. Ashok then joined Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited and progressed through various roles including Branch Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, AVP & Zone Sales Manager, Zonal Head, and National Account Lead. In these roles, they gained experience in branch management, strategic business development, sales, and relationship management with financial institutions such as Axis Bank and Indusind Bank. Their expertise includes executing business plans, analyzing business potential, and driving sales to achieve desired targets.

Ashok Sharma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from BDS Institute of Management, Meerut (Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow) from the years 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from C P Patel & F H Shah Commerce College, Anand, Gujarat from 2000 to 2003. Their education history also includes a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1998 to 2000.
