Santosh Waghole

Santosh Waghole is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of mechanical systems, particularly in the automotive and valve industries. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer for Electric Vehicle Gearbox at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd since August 2021, Santosh specializes in the design and packaging of electric vehicle gearboxes, including the creation of a compact gearbox with an integrated motor. Prior to this role, Santosh worked at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd as a Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on new technology introduction and product development for valve products. Early experience as a Design & Development Engineer at Pennant Engg. Pvt. Ltd. involved valve drawing drafting and related design tasks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University and a High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune.
