Anupama Chavan - Pawar

Anupama Chavan - Pawar has a strong background in HR and administration, with experience in various industries. Anupama started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at SKODA AUTO INDIA PVT.LTD., where they played a role in establishing their manufacturing unit in India. In 2007, they joined Zamil Steel Buildings India Pvt Ltd. and progressively grew to become the Head of HR & Administration. During their time there, they focused on placing high-performing candidates in suitable roles for the mutual growth of the organization and herself. Currently, they are working at Tata BlueScope Steel as the Head of Corporate HR (Shared Services).

- In 2013-2014, they obtained a PGCHRM (Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management) from XLRI Jamshedpur.

- In 2010, they received a Certification in Compensation & Benefits Management from Carlton Advanced Management Institute.

- From 2004-2006, they pursued an MBA in Human Resource Management from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Institute of Management.

- Anupama holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from D Y Pathrikar's College of Computer Science & Information Technology.

These include the Data Excellence Champion Program from Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG) in 2023, the Tata Senior HR Leadership program from Tata Management Training Centre University of Cambridge executive education in 2023, the CII certified National HR Excellence Assessor from the Confederation of Indian Industry in 2023, the Certification for Competency Mapping and its Deployment from T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt Ltd in 2020, and an Advance Certificate program in Talent Management from TV Rao Learning Systems Pvt Ltd in 2014.
