Mandar Phadke

Mandar Phadke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is as the Head of Operations at Tata Boeing Aerospace Limited since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TATA Boeing Aerospace Ltd from 2017 to 2022 as the Head of Production Engineering. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager at TATA Advanced Systems Ltd from 2014 to 2022, where they led start-up activities for Aerostructure tooling and provided inputs for estimation team. Mandar also worked at TAL Manufacturing Solutions Limited from 2006 to 2014, holding various roles including Divisional Manager-Projects-JFR and Sr. Manager Projects. Earlier in their career, they worked at Edag Engineering & Design India Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager Quality from 2003 to 2006, and at Comau as a Senior Engineer in Manufacturing from 2000 to 2003.

Mandar Phadke obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology, with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, from BITS Pilani in 2006. Mandar then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2010 to 2012. Most recently, Mandar completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, at XLRI Jamshedpur in 2022.
