Geetha Ravichandran

Ms. Geetha Ravichandran is an Additional Director and Independent Director of our Company. She is an IRS (Indian Revenue Service) officer, retired from the civil services as the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax after a period of service of more than 35 years. She has vast experience in the department across verticals including assessments, appeals, representation in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, investigation and administration. Ms. Ravichandran holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Botany and a Master’s of Arts degree in English.
