Jitendra Negi

Jitendra Negi is an experienced Learning and Development professional, currently serving as L&D Lead for North & East at Tata Capital since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jitendra held the position of L&D Lead at Shivalik Small Finance Bank from August 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included structuring the L&D function, evaluating and launching LMS/LXP, and spearheading e-learning initiatives. At Delhivery, from September 2015 to August 2019, Jitendra led learning initiatives for various business segments and launched a mobile app for last-mile delivery staff. Earlier experiences include training roles at Flipkart and Air India SATS Airport Services, where Jitendra developed training modules and onboarded a significant number of personnel in cargo services.
