Sarita Kamath

Sarita Kamath has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Tata Capital since June 2009. Prior to this role, Sarita was a Manager in the Legal Department at Tata Group from July 2002 to May 2009 and worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at FDC Limited from August 1998 to June 2002. Sarita holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Mumbai University and is a qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
