Shyam Sundar

Shyam Sundar is currently serving as National Manager Retail Finance Collection Strategy and Associate Vice President at Tata Capital since April 2021, focusing on the Collection Strategy for Retail Loans. Shyam has significant experience in the finance sector, having held the position of Senior Manager at YES BANK from July 2019 to April 2021 and at ICICI Bank from May 2013 to July 2019, where responsibilities included Strategy and Risk Management for Mortgage and Gold Loans, as well as managing product and processes for Business Loans. Earlier in Shyam's career, roles included Project Engineer at Sineone Teleservices Pvt. Ltd., contributing to projects with Vodafone and BSNL. Shyam holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, obtained in 2013.
