Tahir Manzar is a seasoned professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of Product- Loans & Alternate Products- Digital at Tata Capital since January 2024. Previously, Tahir held various positions at Adani Capital, including Senior Product Manager and Deputy Product Manager for Business Loans, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the MSME Business Loan portfolio, defining product strategies, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Tahir began the career as a Management Trainee at PRADAN and completed internships at SG Foundation and PRADAN, focusing on community development and agricultural production analysis. Educational credentials include an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, complemented by a Field School program on Environmental Change and Governance at the University of Waterloo.
