Currently serving as Mine Engineering Superintendent at Tata Chemicals North America since April 2019, Eric oversees the development and implementation of mine engineering programs, including capital budgeting aligned with strategic plans. Eric actively contributes to the Wyoming State Mining Council, focusing on miner safety and health as appointed by Governor Mark Gordon. Previous roles include Senior Regional Mine Engineer at Lhoist, overseeing multiple mining operations, and Sr. Planning & Development Engineer at PacifiCorp, managing resource allocations for underground projects. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Wyoming and a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Montana Technological University.
