Jigar Goda

Jigar Goda is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and industrial relations. Currently serving as Lead - HR & IR and HR Head (BU) at Tata Chemicals, Jigar has previously held key HR roles at IndianOil Adani Ventures, where responsibilities included Head - HR and Head - HR Operations, Comp & Ben, Payroll, IR & Systems. Jigar's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager - Team Lead at TSR Darashaw Ltd, Manager Human Resources at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd, and Deputy Manager Human Resources at Spinneys Abu Dhabi LLC. Jigar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, both from the University of Mumbai, with the latter completed in 2012 and the former in 2017.
