Sapna Moharil Bawsay

Sapna Moharil Bawsay has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as a Research Executive for Advance Materials at Tata Chemicals since September 2015. In this role, Sapna has been instrumental in product development and testing for the Tata Dx detergent powder launched in December 2018, utilizing advanced testing equipment such as the Tergotometer and Reflectometer. Prior to Tata Chemicals, Sapna worked as an Assistant Manager in Research and Development at SNF from June 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included providing technical support to customers and establishing the Application Laboratory, focusing on specialty actives for cosmetics. Additionally, experience includes roles as Senior Executive Technical at Brenntag Ingredients India Pvt. Ltd. and EAC Industrial Ingredients (I) Pvt. Ltd. from 2008 to 2011. Sapna holds an M.Tech degree in Cosmetology from LAD College Nagpur, completed between 2002 and 2008.
