Betsy Nassar

Betsy Nassar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client management. Currently, Betsy serves as the Senior Manager for the Customer Success Group in Media Enabled Services at Tata Communications since June 2022. Prior to this role, Betsy was a Customer Success Consultant at Lumen Technologies from January 2021 to July 2022, and served as a Senior Client Services Manager at the same company (formerly CenturyLink) for over 26 years, focusing on major enterprise customers in the New York State metropolitan area. Earlier in career, Betsy was the Select Banking Manager at Chemical Bank, where core responsibilities included cultivating customer relationships and aligning financial products with client needs. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Saint John's University, earned between 1989 and 1991.
