Jinal Mandaliya is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager - HR Business Partner at Tata Communications since September 2022, Jinal leads HR strategies for Sales India and Marketing functions, focusing on manpower planning, talent development, and change management. Prior to this role, Jinal worked at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and Disney Star in senior HR business partner positions, overseeing talent acquisition and organizational transformation initiatives. Jinal's career began in recruitment with roles at ABC Consultants and Personnel Search Services, specializing in sourcing senior and niche talent across diverse sectors. An alumnus of Welingkar Institute of Management with a PGDBA in HR, Jinal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Kelkar College.
