Meghna Patil is an experienced professional in the field of chatbot and conversational AI development. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager - Cloud Communications Product at Tata Communications since March 2023, Meghna specializes in the development and deployment of advanced chatbots, focusing on integrations across various channels, including WhatsApp and SMS.
