Nidhi Verma

Nidhi Verma is an experienced professional in investor relations and corporate communication, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communication at Tata Consumer Products since October 2020. Prior to this role, Nidhi served as the Head of Investor Relations at DIAGEO India from January 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included direct reporting to the Executive Director and CFO and collaboration with the CEO and Executive Committee. Nidhi also held the position of Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Instinct Asset Management/Brahman Capital Management from June 2015 to July 2017, focusing on investor relations and business development with a global network of investors. Earlier experience includes time as an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank AG, specializing in capital introduction and consulting, and as a Deputy Manager at SBI Capital Markets Ltd. Nidhi Verma holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute, USA, an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial & Investment Analysis from Delhi University.
