Under the brand name of Soulfull, Mr Parameswaran has brought back traditional grains like millets to the modern Indian consumer in a form that is relevant in the 21st century. Soulfull’s portfolio includes a range of products in children snacks, breakfast cereals and the beverages category. The brand was formed in 2011 and in 2021 Tata Consumer Products Limited acquired Soulfull. Following his Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Mr Parameswaran successfully set up distribution and retail business units in India under the Kottaram Group umbrella. He is armed with an MBA from Babson College and experience with international firms like Limited brands and Information Resources Inc., where he was a Director supporting the Marketing Strategies team at Safeway Supermarkets out of their California headquarters until 2009.
