Jairaj Sathyanarayana

Jairaj Sathyanarayana is an accomplished data and AI leader with extensive experience in various high-level positions across prominent companies. Currently serving as SVP and Chief Data & AI Officer at Tata Digital since November 2024, Jairaj focuses on data-related initiatives, including hiring in data/ML engineering and analytics. Prior to this, Jairaj held multiple roles at Swiggy from 2018 to 2024, ultimately leading data science and applied research teams to enhance machine learning models impacting key business functions. Jairaj's career also includes significant contributions at Amazon, Coupang, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Chase, and Bank of America in capacities ranging from Research Science Manager to Sr. Statistician. Educationally, Jairaj holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
