Poornima Sampath currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Tata Digital since March 2023. Prior to this role, Poornima held the position of Vice President at Tata Sons from 2018 to March 2023. Poornima's legal career includes significant experience as a Senior Attorney at Intel Capital from 2011 to 2017, and as an Associate at S&R Associates from 2010 to 2011, as well as at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP from 2004 to 2009. Poornima began a professional journey as a Management Trainee at Unilever in 2002. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Law from Columbia Law School (2003-2004) and a B.A., LL.B.(Hons) in Law from the National Law School of India University (1997-2002). Poornima also completed studies at Rishi Valley School.
