Aniket Agshikar

Aniket Agshikar is currently serving as AVP of Quality & Reliability Assurance at Tata Electronics, contributing to the establishment of India's first 300mm semiconductor foundry in Dholera, Gujarat since January 2025. Prior to this role, Aniket held various positions at GlobalFoundries from November 2020 to January 2025, including Senior Director and Head of Global Quality Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing the Quality Management System and ensuring end-to-end quality processes. Previous experience also includes a directorial role at GlobalFoundries Fab1 and a tenure as a Systems Engineer at Siemens Technology India, focusing on software development for Test Automation in medical imaging. Aniket holds an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin and a Master’s degree in Microelectronics from the National University of Singapore.
