Aarthi Subramanian

Aarthi leads the Group Digital team which works with Tata companies to drive greater ‘Digital’ quotient across their organisations and bring greater rigor and efficiency to the operations.

In her previous role, she was the Executive Director at Tata Consultancy Services, responsible for driving excellence in customer engagement, enterprise-wide security and compliance and governance of key client programs. She has been also responsible for leading key Digital initiatives within TCS, including building location-independent agile teams as well as creating technology interventions to help over 215,000 TCSers gain new technology skills and become digital champions in the company.
