Roshan Kumar Choudhary

Roshan Kumar Choudhary currently serves as a Cluster Lead at Tata Group, overseeing Cell Process Engineering with a focus on thermal technology in PERC and TOPCon technology projects totaling 4.3GW, since August 2024. Previously, Roshan held the position of Deputy Manager at Avaada Group, where responsibilities included the setup of a 1.2GW Solar Cell & Module (n-TOPCon) manufacturing plant and equipment selection. At Adani Solar, Roshan progressed from Senior Engineer to Deputy Manager, managing operations and technology advancements in solar cell manufacturing, particularly in PERC and TOPCon technologies. Roshan initiated the industrial career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at IndoSolar Ltd., eventually working as a production and maintenance in-charge. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sanaka Educational Trust's Group of Institutions.
