Sanjib

Sanjib Phukan has extensive experience in the construction and automotive sectors, currently serving as the Sr Divisional Manager (North) at TATA Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Limited since October 2014, focusing on marketing construction equipment in northern India. Previously, Sanjib was the Dy. General Manager - Regional Sales (NER) at Mahindra & Mahindra from January 2007 to August 2014, where responsibilities included managing sales growth, team development, and market strategy. Earlier experience at Tata Motors from 1995 to December 2007 involved roles as Regional Dealer Development Manager (East) and Manager, focusing on dealer network expansion, sales growth, and CRM implementation. Sanjib holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Assam Engineering College, completed in 1991.
