Ajay Gupta

Ajay Gupta has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Ajay was a Senior Vice President and Head of Design Development at Tata Housing Development Company Limited from May 2015 to the present. Prior to that, they held a similar position at Emaar MGF Land Pvt. Ltd. from October 2005 to December 2014.

Ajay Gupta completed their Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree with a focus on Architecture at the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi. Ajay pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Planning with a specialization in housing between 1989 and 1991. In 2017, Ajay Gupta attended the USGBC and obtained a certificate as a LEED Green Associate in the field of sustainability.
