Dilip Agarwal

Mr. Dilip Agarwal serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer with Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited and Tata Housing Development Company Ltd. Mr. Agarwal’s career spans over 19 years of experience in Finance & Accounts across Real Estate, Financial Services and Consulting.

Previously, Mr. Agarwal worked for K Raheja Corp heading the Finance & Accounts for Residential Business, leading discussions for Fund raise / Divestment / Strategic stake sale of other businesses. Prior to that, at Religare, he was instrumental in listing Religare Health Trust on Singapore Exchange (SGX), first Business Trust listed on SGX with Healthcare assets in India. Further, he has extensively worked on Valuations, Financial Modeling, Audit, Tax Advisory during his stint with Ernst & Young and BMR & Associates.

Mr. Agarwal holds a degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Commerce Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
