Sushil Kadam

Sushil Kadam has had a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Sushil started their career in 1998 as a Junior Engineer at RELIANCE ENERGY LTD, where they gained experience in substation erection and commissioning, switchgears, transformer, and distribution panel installation. Sushil also handled cable laying and repairs.

In 2009, Sushil joined Lodha Group as a Manager, responsible for liaising with power supply utilities such as Reliance Infra, BEST, and MSEDCL. Sushil also coordinated with government and semi-government authorities for obtaining permissions and approvals related to electricity and power supply. Sushil worked closely with architects and engineers to finalize plans and arrangements for temporary and permanent power supply. Additionally, they monitored and renewed various approvals and sanctions in a timely manner.

Since 2011, Sushil has been working as a Senior Manager at Tata Housing Development Company Limited. In this role, they have gained around 17 years of cross-cultural experience in power distribution. Sushil has been involved in the operation and maintenance of receiving stations, substation construction and maintenance, and the installation of high tension and low tension equipment.
