Mayank Palan

Mayank Palan is the Chief Financial Officer of Tata Indian Institute of Skills, where responsibilities include overseeing financial operations for the establishment of India’s premier skills training institutes in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Previously, Mayank held various finance leadership roles at Pidilite Industries Limited, providing strategic oversight for domestic subsidiaries and international business units, with specific focus on financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and performance management. Mayank began a career in financial analysis at BP and later served as Head of Accounts and Reporting at Tata Steel. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Indian School of Business and a Chartered Accountancy credential from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
