Lalit Kasliwal

Lalit Kasliwal serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Tata International Limited since January 2021, overseeing a $4 billion turnover entity within the Tata Group that operates in various business verticals across more than 39 countries. Prior to this role, Lalit held the position of CFO for Hydrocarbons Manufacturing at Reliance Industries Limited from August 2012 to January 2021, leading finance operations for a major sector of the company and managing the Group's Insurance portfolio. Lalit's career also includes significant positions such as Business Controller at Hindustan Zinc, Financial Controller at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, and Associate at Ipca Laboratories Limited. Lalit is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, having completed education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
