Robin Diedricks

Robin Diedricks currently serves as the Regional Head of Human Resources for Southern Africa at Tata International Limited since April 2025. Prior experience includes HR Head for Godrej South Africa overseeing HR operations across Southern Africa from January 2018 to April 2025, along with roles as HR Manager at Smollan and other positions that involved partnerships for operational effectiveness and human capital management. Earlier career roles encompassed HR Officer at Unitrans and HR Clerk at Groceries Warehouse, where the focus was on providing HR support and managing employee attendance. Robin holds a Certificate in Retail Leadership Development from the University of Pretoria.
