Vivekanand Tavakari possesses extensive experience in learning and development, organizational transformation, and administration across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Learning & Development at Tata International Limited, Vivekanand is responsible for establishing dedicated L&D initiatives within the Footwear manufacturing business, overseeing a workforce of 4,000.
