Ashish Dinesan

Ashish Dinesan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as AVP - Lead HRBP at Tata Motors Finance, leading a Pan India HRBP team to redefine Business Partnering since April 2022. Previously, Ashish held multiple roles at Mahindra Finance from April 2014, including AVP HR, HR Manager, and Deputy Manager within the Human Resource Department, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance for a region with approximately 250 employees. Early career experiences include serving as Assistant Manager at Larsen & Toubro and HR Intern at JSW Steel Ltd, alongside a Junior Manager position.
