Deependra Pradhan

Deependra Pradhan currently serves as the State Head of the Risk Containment & Internal Compliance Unit at Tata Motors Finance since October 2023. Prior to this role, Deependra worked at HDFC Bank Limited from October 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Fraud Prevention Manager focusing on risk intelligence and control, as well as managing car loan sales. Additional experience includes working at Lexus Motors Ltd. as Deputy Manager Sales, OSL Exclusive Pvt. Ltd. (Volkswagen Kolkata) as Sales Consultant, and Dewars Garage Limited as Sales Executive. Deependra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Calcutta University (2004-2008) and a Commerce degree from Rockvale Academy, Kalimpong (2002-2004), in addition to completing education at St. James High School, Binnaguri (1996-2002).
