Vinay Lavannis

Vinay Lavannis is Company Secretary of Tata Motors Finance Limited and TMF Holdings Limited. He joined the Company since its inception in 2006 and associated with Tata Group for last 18 years. Before joining Tata Group he worked with several Multinational and Indian Companies as Company Secretary. He is a Commerce & Law graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and having post qualification experience of about 30 years in the field of Company Secretarial, Corporate laws and Compliance. He is experienced in Corporate Governance, Public issue of shares, mergers, amalgamation and restructuring of Companies etc. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and Indian music.
