Bipin Palekar has over 25 years of legal experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head Legal for Sales & Marketing at Tata Motors since October 1998. Prior to this role, Bipin Palekar worked as an Assistant Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra from August 1991 to October 1998. Bipin Palekar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Law from Symbiosis Law College Pune, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1987.
