Charu Gulati is an experienced marketing and customer experience professional with over 16 years of expertise in the automotive industry. Since September 2008, Charu has been with Tata Motors, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience for the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, and previously holding roles including General Manager and several positions in Marketing Communications. Prior to Tata Motors, Charu worked as Client Servicing Director at Wunderman India Pvt Ltd from May 2007 to August 2008. Charu holds a Certification in Sales and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Thadoomal Shahani Engineering College.
