Mandar Ruikar

Mandar Ruikar is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Tata Motors since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mandar held various positions at PURE EV ™, including Team Lead and Design Engineer in Battery Technology from August 2019 to November 2022. Mandar's career also includes experience as an Assistant Manager in Engineering at Tata Toyo Radiator Ltd from July 2015 to June 2017 and a Research Intern at Thermax in early 2015. Mandar holds a Master of Technology in Thermal and Fluid Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (2017 - 2019) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (2011 - 2015). Early education was completed at Jog Educational Trust's School (2000 - 2009).
