Nitin Sansare

Nitin Sansare is an experienced professional in human resources and industrial engineering, currently serving as Senior General Manager and Head of HR CoE at Tata Motors since May 2017, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and digital HR initiatives. Prior to this, Nitin held the position of Vice President for Compensation & Benefits at Reliance from January 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included redesigning compensation structures and establishing job evaluation processes. Nitin's earlier roles include Head of Rewards and Organization Design at Tata Motors and Senior Lead Engineer at John Deere, complemented by extensive experience at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Nitin's academic credentials include a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
