Rutuja Mohite

Rutuja Mohite is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Tata Motors since December 2022, Rutuja previously held the role of Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in Human Resource Business Partner positions at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. from March 2018 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Officer in Industrial Relations and Human Resources at Endurance Technologies Limited from June 2015 to February 2018, with a focus on core HR processes, dealing with unions, and grievance handling. Rutuja holds a Master of Labour Studies with expertise in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, and Employee Relations from 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri (2009-2013).
